Love Heart Ceramic Planter - Cactus, Hoya Kerrii, Echeveria Planting Kit

Love Heart planters!  Beautiful off white ceramic planters decorated with a heart design  front and back in either blue/grey or red/pink

Each kit comes with a choice of cactus, echeveria or hoya kerrii (sweetheart plant) and will contain:

Hand finished grey or red heart mini planter measuring approx 7cm (h) and 8cm (dia)
Live plant of your choice
Organic coco compost with slow release fertiliser pellets
Wooden planting tool
Top dressing
Planting and care instructions

Kits arrive in sturdy presentation boxes and make great gifts. There are no prices on the boxes and personalised hand written messages can be included at no extra cost

Please note that plants may vary from those shown. While it’s possible to guarantee the type of plant, varieties may differ. Kits are assembled to order and all plants are health checked before they leave us

All plants are posted 1st class via Royal Mail and this is included in the price of the kits.  Plants can happily stay in the packaging for a couple of days.  If you would like your kit to arrive on a future date please let us know
